Robert L. Gold

Executive Vice President

Robert Gold, who joined Ridgewood in 1987, is Executive Vice President of Ridgewood Energy Corporation and of Ridgewood Renewable Power, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ridgewood Capital Management. Mr. Gold has been active in the acquisitions and private equity arena since the early 1980s.

Prior to joining Ridgewood, Mr. Gold was a corporate attorney in the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York City, where his experience included mortgage finance, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, tender offers, and other business and legal matters. He also served as a Law Clerk for Federal Judge Charles P. Sifton.
