Kathleen P. McSherry

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Kathleen McSherry, is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ridgewood Energy Corporation, a position she has held since 2001. She is responsible for all of Ridgewood Energy's finance operations, including accounting and reporting, tax, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and she maintains all of Ridgewood's due diligence relationships. Ms. McSherry is also a member of Ridgewood Energy's investment committee which screens and analyzes oil and gas investment opportunities for Ridgewood Energy's funds and evaluates the ongoing performance of these projects.

Prior to her current position at Ridgewood Energy, she has held various other positions within Ridgewood Energy, Ridgewood Capital and Ridgewood Power. Kathy joined Ridgewood in 1987 from Midlantic National Bank where she worked in the Trust Department. Kathy also spent two years working for BBDO New York as the Vice President of Finance for the Internet division. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kean University.
