Mirna Valdes

Vice President of Investor Relations

Mirna Valdes, was promoted to Vice President of Ridgewood's Investor Relations department in 2005 having held various positions within the department since 1987. She has been instrumental in building and maintaining the investor profile system as well as managing the processing of investor subscriptions, requests and inquiries. Mirna works in tandem with the accounting department coordinating commissions, distributions and K-1's and with legal counsel with regard to compliance and Blue Sky.

Prior to her employment at Ridgewood Energy, Ms Valdes worked at WABC-TV, New York. She is a graduate of Taylor Business Institute.
